ADMISSION and SCHOLARSHIP
 
 

Students, regardless of race, creed, sex and nationality, shall be admitted to Aklan Catholic College, provided they meet the academic requirements and are of sound moral character and conduct as certified by the Principal or Registrar.

 
Admission Requirements for the Graduates School and he College of  Law
  1. Applicants to the Graduate School and the College of Law must be Baccalaureate Degree holder.

  2. Upon enrollment applicants should submit a copy of the Transcript of Records for appraisal.

  3. Passed Admission Test for College of Law Students.

Admission Requirements for the College Department
  1. Submit a completed application form for admission.
  2. Provide a high school transcript or Form 138.
  3. Provide a certification of good moral character from the Principal.
  4. Student seeking admission to the Teacher Education shall have no physical defect; physical examination for criminology students.

  5. College students transferring from other schools are required to submit the following.

  1. Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended

  2. Certificate of good moral character and conduct signed by the Dean / Head of the school last attended.

Admission Requirements for High School Department
  1. First year students and transferees seeking admission to the High School Department must pass the entrance qualifying examination given by the department.

  2. First year students and transferees from the other schools should enroll one month before the start of the regular classes for the school year set by the DECS (Department of Education, Culture and Sports);

  3. Old students of Aklan Catholic College should enroll three (3) weeks before the start of the regular classes;

  4. A student is enrolled.

  1. upon completion of the Aklan Catholic College enrollment form;
  2. upon payment of the entrance fee at the office of the Treasurer; and
  3. upon submission of Form 138 and certificate of good moral character, both duly signed by the Principal of the last school attended.

The Aklan Catholic College, true to its mission of providing quality education to poor but deserving students, maintains a variety and significant number of scholarships.
