MISSION
 

Aklan Catholic College is committed to provide dynamic management, highly qualified, competent faculty and staff endowed with strong sense of Christian values, technology-based instructions, support for educational innovations and development, efficient and effective delivery of educational services and adherence to the total development of man for God and country.
 
VISION
 
The Aklan Catholic College aspires to be the prime mover in Aklan of quality, excellent and relevant educational programs responsive to the human resource needs of the country. It envisions to produce competent, productive and globally competitive, patriotic Christian professionals through the enrichment of its academic programs, conduct of viable researches, need-based community extension services and inculcation of strong moral values.
 
GOALS
 

  1. Intensify the inculcation and practice of Christian values.

  2. Accredit academic programs both in the undergraduate and graduate programs.

  3. Enrich the curricular programs to make it more relevant and responsive to the needs for socio-economic growth and sustainable development.

  4. Accelerate capability building of faculty and staff through expanded development programs.

  5. Institute professional culture among the management, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.

  6. Enhance research consciousness and active participation of the faculty in both curricular and extra-curricular activities.

  7. Modernize instructional materials, facilities and equipment to cope with the new technological changes and requirements for accreditation.

  8. Adopt transparent policies, and decision-making process and enhance commitment for highest ethical standard of service.

  9. Provide better student services, and personnel welfare and benefits.

  10. Implement quality and relevant community extension programs.

  11. Enhance public acceptance and appreciation of the academic programs and services.

  12. Established closer networking/complementation of programs and sharing of resources with other private and public higher education institutions.
