4. Accelerate capability building of faculty and staff through expanded development programs.

5. Institute professional culture among the management, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.

6. Enhance research consciousness and active participation of the faculty in both curricular and extra curricular activities.

7. Modernize instructional materials, facilities and equipment to cope with the new technological changes and requirements for accreditation.

8. Adopt transparent policies and decision-making process and enhance commitment for highest ethical standard of service.

9. Provide better student services, and personnel welfare and benefits.

10. Implement quality and relevant community extension programs.

11. Enhance public acceptance and appreciation of the academic programs and services.
