ACCians Snatched 3 silver and 1 bronze

in WVPRISAA Cultural Contest

Aklan delegation garnered four (4) silver and one (1) bronze respectively in the recently concluded West Visayan Private Schools Athletic Association (WVPRISAA) Cultural Contest held on December 19-23, 2011 at Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, Iloilo, City.

Four students from Aklan Catholic College snatched the three silver and one bronzed in the overall awards of the province.

James B. Ramos got the silver medal in Filipino Oration. Geralyn Tolentino, silver medalist, Extemporaneous Speech-English. Jerry Placido, silver medalist in  Binalaybay and Jann Jherald Gomez took the bronze medal in Vocal Solo Classical.

Competing provinces were Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo and Negros Occidental.

This year’s theme: “WVPRISAA: Unity, Peace and Quality Life”.
